Arrival of the truck in Syria

After a 20-day journey, the time had finally come yesterday: our truck – filled with donations in kind from Austria and Germany – made it across the border to Syria!

We are overjoyed, because before that countless checks at the borders, accompanied by a lot of bureaucracy, were the order of the day. This slow progress has demanded a lot of patience and nerves of steel, but now it’s done and we can start distributing the urgently needed relief supplies!
