We made this video during our aid project in the Kurdish part of Iraq last year. This time we are traveling to the Kurdish part of Syria to help children who have been severely affected by the Syrian war. Unfortunately, what these children lack is security and warmth – which is precisely why cuddly toys are so important to them.

We are always amazed at how happy the children are to receive cuddly toys – even the 14-year-olds’ eyes light up! The stuffed animals can compensate for the lack of security and give the children comfort in difficult times.

We are therefore delighted when lots of cuddly toys are donated for the children in Syria so that we can bring them a little bit of security.
