Thanks to the wonderful solidarity of hundreds of donors, we were able to give many, many children gifts in the last few days – clothes, shoes, learning materials, hygiene articles, school bags, bicycles, toys and even two school blackboards. In total, we emptied 1,200 banana boxes filled with sorted donations in kind, gave 50 children’s bicycles to an orphanage and made the boys very happy with soccer balls and the girls with dolls. The stuffed animals were immediately hugged tightly and will be faithful companions for these children in the future.
