After 14 days of hoping that everything will go well, the truck with the collected donations in kind made it and arrived well in Kurdistan/Iraq on Friday!

With the combined efforts of the whole team and the help of our local partners, we unloaded the 1,200 banana crates, 50 children’s bicycles, 7 sewing machines, 1,000 pairs of GEA Waldviertler shoes and the many laptops that were donated and temporarily stored them in a rented warehouse.

A huge thank you again to the 100s of donors who helped us to collect this incredible amount of relief supplies. In the next few days, we will distribute the 12.9 tons of in-kind donations to the children in the many, huge refugee camps located here in the region.
