Arrive and unload – let’s get started!
After 24 hours – sometimes quite strenuous negotiations at customs – our truck was finally able to cross the border to Bosnia. But even after our arrival, it was “tackle and help”: We unloaded all the collected donations in kind at the depot of our partner NGO SOS Bihac.
Now our relief team on site, this time consisting of Farah, Anita, Bruno and Pascal, is already looking forward to being able to distribute the relief supplies in the coming days. These are urgently needed as thousands of refugees still have to live in the worst conditions in the forests and ruins around the Bosnian city of Bihac…
