We have arrived in Turkey!

A few days ago we arrived in Turkey! It seems like a different world: It’s very hot and every day we experience many special encounters with Syrian orphans who have to live here under difficult conditions.

We are currently in southern Turkey, around the megacity of Adana. This is undoubtedly a hotspot for refugees from Syria. There are seven camps in this region, some of which have had several thousand people surviving for years (the largest camp includes around 6,000 people). Including a lot of orphans who urgently need education.

We especially help the war orphans on site through our three pillars of activity: donations in money and in kind (thanks to your support!) And happiness (thanks to the “caravan of clowns”). In the next days and weeks we will spend the time supplying the children with urgently needed relief supplies.
